Medical Plans

CU Foundation employees become eligible for medical plans on the first of the month following their start date.

Dental and Vision Plans

Employees are eligible for dental and vision plans, both of which are 100% employer paid.

401(k) Retirement Plan

Employees become eligible for the plan on the first of the month after 30 days. The CU Foundation matches the first 6% of contributions.

Holidays

The CU Foundation provides 10 holidays plus up to 2 additional floating holidays per calendar year.

Paid Time Off

New employees can accrue up to 25 days of paid time off in the first year of their employment.

Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account

The CU Foundation will contribute $2,000 per year to HSAs.

All employees may utilize an underground parking garage located beneath the building at no cost to them.
