UCHealth Health Care Worker Emergency Relief Fund
To provide short term financial assistance to eligible UCHealth employees experiencing severe financial distress associated with times of crisis, like COVID-19, as determined and distributed through the UCHealth Employee Hardship Relief Program.
Also supports expanded employee counseling services, resiliency training, mental health support and therapy, and self-care. Any funds not utilized to respond to urgent employee needs during the COVID-19 situation will be utilized to support other initiatives that promote caring for our caregivers at the UCHealth.
