Susie and Kurt Lochmiller Distinguished Heart Transplant Fund
To provide support to the Heart Transplant Program in the Division of Cardiology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
The fund also supports the program's affiliation with the Colorado Program for Patient-Centered Decisions. Our multidisciplinary team develops high-quality patient decision aids for difficult medical decisions using evidence and theory-based research methods. These funds make possible the creation and dissemination of these shared decision-making materials for a variety of cardiovascular diseases and conditions. We are grateful to the Susie and Kurt Lochmiller Distinguished Advanced Heart Failure Fund, and their supporters, for their continued efforts and dedication to improve research in advanced heart failure.
