Investigator-Initiated Trial (IIT) General Fund
To provide support for Investigator-Initiated Trials (IIT) within the Cancer Center at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
Cancer League of Colorado generously pledged $200,000 to match 2-to-1 every gift made to the Investigator-Initiated Trial Program, tripling your impact and accelerating cancer research at the CU Anschutz Medical Campus.
If new and improved cancer therapies and treatments are the light at the end of the tunnel, clinical trials are the vehicles to get there. Clinical trials move research forward and help improve the quality of treatments available to patients. Investigator-initiated trials are “homegrown” ideas from researchers and investigators who are active in lab and clinical settings.
Cancer League of Colorado has pledged $200,000 to match $2-for-$1 the first $100,000 received by 9/30. Previous contributions cannot be redirected to the match. While you may direct your gift to another area, Cancer League of Colorado’s match will go to the IIT Program Fund.
